At Urban Dog Supplies, we stand behind the top quality items that we offer. If, for whatever reason, you or your best friend are not 100% tail wagging satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for a full refund.

• Return item(s) within 30 days of receipt
• Item(s) must be in unused, new condition in original packaging (with tags if applicable)
• Include order slip
• Refund will be issued back to the original method of payment
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Free return shipping for order errors (by us) or manufacture defects

Your full name, order number and reason for return should be included in the body of the email. You will receive an response email with our return address and any other information needed to smoothly process your return.

Your return will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
